Since January 2023, a specific target has been established, along with a process to ensure the recruitment and promotion of women to management roles in the organization. The goal is to achieve an annual increase of at least 1%; by the end of 2024, the percentage of women in leadership positions has increased from 29.5% to 31.7%, meeting the defined target.
Nexi is investing in its people to develop a forward-looking Group, that can attract and nurture talents regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or belief. In 2024, Nexi continued to execute on its people management integration project started in 2023 to uniform people processes and procedures across the Group.
