How Nexi United Works
Nexi United is guided by the ERG Council, made up of representatives from each country.
The community operates as a volunteer-driven group, where self-nominated country representatives contribute to the council. Together, the ERG Council:
Defines annual plans
Oversees events that require corporate support or sponsorship
Monitors locally organized initiatives
Supports the ambitions and ideas of LGBTI+ community members and allies
