The WIN Community empowers women across Nexi, fostering an inclusive environment where female talents can grow, connect, and thrive. As a DEI Board initiative, WIN is committed to ensuring women have equal opportunities to fulfill their potential and shape their professional journey.

Nexi United works to raise awareness and cultivate a strong culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the entire Nexi Group.

Standing for empowerment, Nexi United brings colleagues together — driving involvement, energy, and ideas from every corner of the organization to fuel a vibrant, inclusive community.

The Nexi United Mission

Our ambition is simple: every colleague should feel welcome to join Nexi United.

We strive to strengthen acceptance, understanding, and equality among all Nexi employees — creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and included.

To support this mission, we launched a naming contest to create a space that truly reflects the identity and aspirations of our LGBTI+ community.

How Nexi United Works

Nexi United is guided by the ERG Council, made up of representatives from each country.
The community operates as a volunteer-driven group, where self-nominated country representatives contribute to the council. Together, the ERG Council:

  • Defines annual plans

  • Oversees events that require corporate support or sponsorship

  • Monitors locally organized initiatives

  • Supports the ambitions and ideas of LGBTI+ community members and allies
