Until the shop signs up for Nexi Smart Receipt, you can manually upload the receipt by clicking on 'Upload' in the Nexi Smart Receipt app. It is also a good idea to request the seller for Nexi Smart Receipt support or email the shop's customer service. Our experience is that many shops sign up when customers request the Nexi Smart Receipt service.

Your Nexi Smart Receipt profile works in all stores that support Nexi Smart Receipt regardless of country.
