No, Nexi Smart Receipt only sends out information when there is something important to inform about and Nexi Smart Receipt never sends out offers from any 3rd parties.

"I don't receive the code via email when trying to login"
In case you do not receive the code while trying to login please ensure that you've followed these steps first:
- For some mail systems, it may take up to a few minutes for mail to appear in the inbox - please give it a minute or two and then check your mail again.
- Please check your spam folder
In case:
- The code was sent to an unknown email
- You no longer have access to the email address in question
- Mail still has not arrived and isn't found in the spam folder
Then please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve the matter.

You may log in by using either your mobile phone number or email address which you typed in when signing up for the service. Both your mobile phone number and email are therefore valid usernames.

Log in to your Nexi Smart Receipt app and click on your name in the top menu to go to your profile page. Here you can delete your old number and add the new one. You will be asked to validate your new phone number by entering the one time passcode received as a text message.

To delete your account please log in to Nexi Smart Receipt App and select Menu (...) and Profile. At the bottom of the profile page you'll find 'delete profile' which will completely delete your profile and data in Nexi Smart Receipt systems.To initiate the account deletion process without installing the Nexi Smart Receipt application, kindly submit your request via email:support-engage@nexigroup.com
