No, you only start to receive digital receipts from the time and date you sign-up and add your card(s).
No unfortunately Nexi Smart Receipt is not able to find receipts from before the time and date you sign-up.
Very seldom we experience that a user does not receive the digital receipt. Often the reason is that the user has a new payment card and has not updated this in Nexi Smart Receipt. Another reason can be that the shop by mistake did not forward the receipt to Nexi Smart Receipt. In this case Nexi Smart Receipt can unfortunately not retrieve the receipt as Nexi Smart Receipt has not received it.
Most cashier systems are online and will forward the receipt to Nexi Smart Receipt shortly after the transaction has been completed. Some cashier systems are however not online and therefore it may take a while before the receipt is received.
Unfortunately Nexi Smart Receipt cannot restore a receipt which has been deleted, but you can check if it is still in the Trash folder.
